And, at the end of the day, nothing is ever as bad as what you think it’s going to be. And I also discipline myself that, if you get to a certain point in the evening, and we all start worrying about things and start analysing things or whatever – what I do is I get to a certain point and I discipline myself to cut off, put it into a box – mentally put it into a box – put the lid on it and shut it in until the next morning.
