Hi every one, we have just had an offer accepted on our first property. its a REPO. 1 bed flat. Up for £53k we got it for £49,250. MV approx £68K.

Any tips where to go at this stage. We will be looking to do a no money down deal. We could use our savings but would leave us really tight for a couple of months.
