well guys, it's been a while since i posted in this blog thingy I started a couple of years ago, but with us having twins since then time has been a bit tight.
Then I had to have some operations on the old leg/hip which really knocked the stuffing out of me.
But anyway I'm just about getting back to normal (well best I can).
With the new year approaching I've decided to get a grip of things and pull my mojo back.

What a weekend I've had.

Great networking and learning.
I was invited to the property show in London this weekend to take part in some public interviews on how I'd done 'so well' in the property business. It was a bit like David Dimbleby & Question Time interviewing. Great for the'feel good factor'.
The interviews went really well, the audience had loads of questions and loads of people had questions afetr the sessions.
The person on after me was the famous Robert Shemin... a guy who has 11 best...

The Sale is Now On!

Well, despite the doom and gloom of the News Stories and the likes of MX etc pulling their rates, the sun is still shining, and it's hot!
So far this week I have agreed deals on 7 properties. Most of them as a result of some postcard flyers I sentout to all the local EAs about 2 weeks ago. I had used the angle of 'not doing the deals..then let me help' it's worked a treat.
A couple of the deals have just been 'walk-ins'.
So I am pleased with thiings this week.
