Well after putting down on paper everything I need in readiness to begin my career in property it seems like the more I apply to my business the more I need to learn, However by reading as much as I can on the TYCOON site there is a lot of tailor made reading I can just purchase. So the moral of my story is the answer is in the question.

I'm going to 1st specialise in options and assisted sales where applicable because I feel this is an area well withing my capabilities and I don't have to deal with a bank. The big plus is that Hanif and Deep have put together comprehensive documents and strategies in their manuals and I've purchase a few of these over the last month which will strengthen my position, so onwards for me.

Education is the key to success and don't try and reinvent the wheel because these guys have re-written the play book!!
