My journey through properties

Hi everyone.
Deep has influenced me a lot in order to invest in income properties and I personally thank him for that reason.
My environment (relatives and friends), was very hostile and didn,t understand what I was doing. Even my agent couldn,t understand what I was doing!
My first investment was an UGLY 1 bedroom house (single family house). I was in love with the DEAL and not the property itself.
My wife was shouting and thought it wouldn,t been rented. It was also a little under ground, but it had two big windows.
It was at Patra a place 2 hours from Athens. It is at the western about 200 km from Athens. A city with 150.000 people. It has a harbour and its own University.
It was my first vehicle to financially freedom.
