Well! What Do You Want to Achieve In Property?

As a property finder arguably one of the most frustrating things is getting to understand an Investors property requirements.
Now, I know the more experienced Investors amongst you would say. “Hang on a minute?! I know what my buying requirements are. I want you to source me 2 Bedroom, mid terraced houses for no more than £150K, which cashflows £150 per calendar month (pcm).”
Well, I’m afraid the vast majority of newbie and amateur investors….are rarely that specific.
Over the years I have developed a useful template, which aids the requirements gathering process. It helps capture the Investor’s desired property investment outcomes - and makes them happy!.
The template once complete forms the basis for a useful and honest discussion between Investor and property finder. From experience it has allowed the Investor to reflect on what they really want to achieve in property. For me the finder, it focuses on drawing out the types of properties, which need to be found in order to meet the Investor’s property goals.
