Hi all,
I have been away for a while. I haven't bought a property for over a year now. But I now want to grow my portifolio. I have never used the Lease Option mode of purchasing property and I won't be trying it either... modes are a bit too cumbersome for me (I am too old fashioned I guess. No apologies as I am a retired Nurse)Lol. . . I however, would like find and purchase BMV Leads.

Hi All,
I am a newbie and have been trying to get BMV props for the past 3 months without success. I have registered with several BMV Leads providers but there never seems to be any from around my areas of search. please help find some BMV pros. My first and last purchases were 2 auction props in mid-January.I need NMDD as i'm not cash rich.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
I'm new to the site and am looking for BMV leads in the said areas. I own two BTL props which I bought on Auction last January. I want to purchase more BLT props but try as I may, I am having difficulties finding desperate sellers.I am looking into having a website but in the meantime any leads of good BMV props in my areas of choice will be most appreciated.
