I am posting this message to ask for your help, if you don't mind?

Now that the "easy-credit" party is over and businesses are facing great uncertainty in the face of a faltering economy, I believe there are now many opportunities to buy stable income producing businesses at fire sale prices.

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) said a survey of 500 firms showed that 30% had seen an increase in the cost of new or existing credit in the past two months. This is crippling many otherwise sound businesses.

The findings also portrayed a "worrying" economic picture for small businesses, with almost two thirds reporting that trade had decreased in the past two months and 40% being paid later for services and supplies.

I Believe This Presents A Fantastic Opportunity!

...to buy or invest into good solid businesses with turnover below £5m and 100 employees or less that once stabilized, have a demonstrable long term demand for its product or service.

So What Has This Got To Do With You?

Quite simply, have you:
  • Ever bought a business?
  • Ever sold a business?
  • Ever franchised a business?
  • Worked on a business purchase/sale transaction?
  • Thought about buying or investing in a business?
  • Worked with insolvent or distressed businesses?
  • Worked with or for somebody who has done any of the above?

If you have, then please email me on deep@property-system.com and tell me about yourself. There may be ways in which we can help each other.

Maybe you know of a source of distressed businesses and we can work together to capitalise on that? Perhaps you want to share how you have seen other people do deals? Perhaps I can share my property experience or contacts with you in return for your experience and guidance in the field of buying businesses?

I have the backing of a well known UK hedge fund to purchase good businesses at the right price so the funding will not be a problem if the deal stacks up.

Whatever experience or knowledge you have, it would be great to help each other. I may be holding a meeting in London in the next couple of months to discuss this further.

It would be good to meet up with you and look at ways in which we can make the most of this once in a lifetime climate to buy businesses undervalue

Please email me on deep@property-system.com and tell me about yourself if you are interested in working together and particularly if you have skills, knowledge or contacts in this field.

Please feel free to contact me if I can help you in any way.

Kind regards
