You would be very lucky to find an Investor who has gone down the route of Ready made Deals who not been ripped off by a Ready Made Deal providers @ some point.
It seems that providing Ready Made Deals have become a fashionable business for marketing to arm-chair investors who are looking for 20-25% BMV's, my concern is that there are (with-out mentioning any names!) many companies out there who are using cut-throat tactics in squeezing as much margins out of properties and taking advantage of both Vendor and Investor.Dare I mention the word Regulation!
There will as always be the good, bad and out-right illegally ugly, so what expereinces have you had with Ready Made Deal packagers?

When I first started out with property and had the attitude of "I know what I'm doing" , when in fact I didn't , I paid money for deals that seemed fantastic(because I didn't know any better) but I soon came to realise as I got more experienced , were little more than inflated purchase prices to suit the deal. How blindfolded you can become when all you hear is how much money the deal will make in the future!!! The moral of the story is If it seems to be too good to be true, it probably is .Posted 17-03-2010 at 01:34 PM by keith smith 804
