You would be very lucky to find an Investor who has gone down the route of Ready made Deals who not been ripped off by a Ready Made Deal providers @ some point.

It seems that providing Ready Made Deals have become a fashionable business for marketing to arm-chair investors who are looking for 20-25% BMV's, my concern is that there are (with-out mentioning any names!) many companies out there who are using cut-throat tactics in squeezing as much margins out of properties and taking...

I have read some real dodgy reports lately about Warmfront , grant providers and wanted to know what everyone elses opinion was on it, apparently the government are going to investigate and recently the Telegraph and BBC slated the scheme...

I hear some landlords saying that they get central heating for free (which is obviously appealing) but when you hear reports of it taking 6 months to sort out and the fact that much of the workmanship is apparently shoddy, then is it really worth...

I heard a discussion recently where someone believed that Networking Events where 'Over Complicated Hype'.

They claimed that the 'only successful people at the meetings where the guest speakers and that they where looked upon as god like. Such meetings only serve as a temporary motivator and the attendees are often sold over-priced products by self confessed guru's.'
