£99k FOR MY LIFE !!!

So been signed up for couple o days and never posted a blog on my life EVER so here goes.
It's currently 14:57 so in 30 mins am gonna meet a guy about a property deal.
He's selling a one bedroom ground floor flat good condition with storage heaters, a sports bar potential turnover about £20 - 25k pa (ok it's not doin much but there must be room for potential, after all that's my area) plus his Porsche Boxster am really trying to figure out how this can be a bad deal.
Nethousprices have got similar properties (flat) having sold for £58.5k jan 08 the Porsche has gotta be worth 15 - 20k of anyone cash hasn't it?? And then the sports bar, well it's prob on a lease but that's no biggy but even at 10k there must be quite a few more years left on it as he's only opened it for the last two years.
So there you go, my first blog :-) I hope it wasn't as painful as I thought it might be.
I am also lookin for an investor/ jv partner for two other property deals so if Antibes got any advice I WOULD really welcome it.
