Hi every one, we have just had an offer accepted on our first property. its a REPO. 1 bed flat. Up for £53k we got it for £49,250. MV approx £68K.
Any tips where to go at this stage. We will be looking to do a no money down deal. We could use our savings but would leave us really tight for a couple of months.

i have just taken my 1st step to building a property portfolio. I have just done a deal with Phil Martin with his Portfolio builder. 10 properties all with positive cash flow for 3 years (guaranteed) for £50k. I was quite worried and nervous to ahead with it at first but now i am really glad i did and i have a lot of confidence in Phil to get some great properties.biggrin:). Ross.
