I am fast approaching the level I needed to be at to be able to kick back and do the renovations back to back instead of 3 at a time, maybe looking to sell on some next year.

Well I cant get out of the flaming kitchen at the moment.
Buy a bungalow I thought, and ever since I have been harvesting the fruit from its garden, I have apple pies, apple and pear pies, chutney, pickled pears, pear sauce you name it I've been cooking it, and I've still got a black bin bag full of the things.
Never mind LTV nor BMVcheck the gardens for fruit !!!!
