Apologies for my absence guys / update

Hi everyone my apologies...you havent gone deaf, I have had some personal issues of a pressing nature which have kept me away for a while but Im back now so lock up your deals Im cruising !!

Just an update for tjhose who came to the refurb property workshop last year and visited 2of my properties which I was refurbing at the time ... the maisonette we visited first was purchased for 67K.

I put in the usual deposit of 30%.

Refurb eventually came out at around
7K making total spend 74K.

It was revalued and came back in @ 115K
and that enabled me to take 32K from that property and I still have 30K + in the property which is currently rented out @ £575 and proving £250 + pcm cash flow positive.

There are piccy's and they will be posted asap.

The second property we visited is about to go on the market (the big 3 storey Victorian Villa), and agents are muting a figure in excess of £300K.

Again I will post the finished piccy's on asap.

Current 'back' project is a dormer bungalow and I'll keep you posted with details on that as I go.
