Default Who's is this rubbish ????

I have just taken possesion of one of my properties after evicting the tenants via a section 21, the local authority have re-housed them in a Anchor Housing block. No one would tell me where they were being moved to, fortunately I'm smarter than the average bear and I have found them.

I would love to pack all the S--t up in two transit vans and dump it on there doorstep, but will Anchor consider it as fly tipping or should I try and get the housing people to get it removed. I know the council collect rubbish from home owners.

I know Im writing this while Im annoyed, but it really pees me off when I am a good landlord and look after the tenants( I know you have heard it all before and got plenty of teashirts) but why should they get away with it.

Thanks for reading and any comments appreciated.

ps The step son is getting married tomorrow so we will all have a good weekend and I will feel better on Monday.

Cheers
Derek

Derek,

I know exactly how you feel, having been through the same thing several times. My advice is to take a 14lb hammer and work out your frustrations on any furniture and possessions they have left behind. Then find a local "man and van" to come and cart it all away (check that he has a licence). Anything else will simply lead to more stress, more frustration and probably more cost.

Best regards John

ps. Hope you have a great weekend.
