Default Letting agent & Decorator in Luton? LU4
Hi All,

Can anyone give me a good recommendation for this requirement please?

I have a 1 bed house that was let to a SARB tenant that will need to be decorated and re-let ASAP.

I could manage it for you if you like, I manage my own properties in Luton and could sort out redec.

There's also a letting agent I've used that let to temporary accom council tenants. Fully managed and guaranteed rent for a one bed you'd get around £400 net pcm
