Hi All
I've just seen the interview with Lisa by Vanessa about some NMD,s being illegal and I dont fully understand the ins and outs of it all.
If you buy property using creative finance can you lose them after they are done and what is the likely hood of being investigated.
I'm just looking into ways of building a portfolio the quickest way possible

There is no short answer and it depends on which side of the fence you sit. I dont get involved in NMD because the majority of ways it is carried out is illegal. I have not been provided with any proof that a particular scheme works. All those that do NMD will say its been verified by a solicitor/barrister etc. Any scheme that won't let you use your own solicitor must have something to hide. I would suggest that you look into this a lot more before proceeding. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANYONE UPFRONT FEES.
