I have has a couple of prospective Landlords asking me about Guaranteed Rental.
Can anyone share examples of contracts they have as Letting Agents?
I have not offered this service as yet, but it is something I am looking into.

Hi Andy
We offer rental guarantee to all our landlords in liverpool and the surrounding areas.
We are so confident with our reference credit checks that we give the free rental guarantee. upto £25.000 per tenancy
There is no excess for the landlord to pay either.
we give full six or twelve months rent also included is upto £50.000 damages
Normally guarantee companies only give landlords four months rental guarantee. As a deposit and the first months rent is taken.
