Default Shop Front- Quick sense check

I am redeveloping the front of the shop....had a qoute for £985 which will get me

To supply & fit illuminated aluminium signbox complete with acrylic panels & vinyl graphics size 4000mm x 1220mm, will look something like this

Sounds reasonable to me, anyone think I get substantially cheaper any where else?

Sounds very reasonable and looks well. Is it worth waiting untill you are ARLA registered and incorporate the logo? I would (if you havnt get additional quotes and compare them with what it would cost getting your own maintainance team in to do the job.

It does look good and i like the name (can i pinch it but manchester based)

Mike,

That's not my company name, I was in London and liked that shop front so took a copy to see if I could replicate/use/amend/adapt some how.

Yes good idea about Arla registration. Going to put in for exam now.

Hi Jon...
I don't think that's too bad. Is the price plus vat, or is it included?
I've had several illuminated signs and fascias over the years, and have just ordered new LED lightboxes to go round our new corner office which are costing 2k +vat. (I did plenty of shopping round too). Can't post a picture yet as scaffolding is still up from extensive roof works we've just had done. Once it comes down later this week we can get signs up.

Hi Kim,

No landlord has ever asked if I am ARLA registered....it's just something which will add credibility on the website and other marketing I have planned.

I am quite exicted at this develpment and the other changes website, shop front, new landlord CRM software, I am implementing.

Paul, yes price includes VAT!

Jon
