Default S21 and S8 tenant contesting
Hello all, resigned up after long time away

Have a tenant who on LHA and using S8 and S21 to regain posession, she never paid top up which ahs been the issue.

Old agent was removed as was part of the problem but on 4th occasion going to court as work which old agent designated to do never happened. Only on 3rd occasion was tenant represented properly and judge indulged her.

New Agents been to court but reluctant to go next time as they not specialised so really need a decent solicitor in South Yorkshire who can handle.

MSLaw I use for property

However following a discussion with Sols today I am planning to withdraw the application get the maint sorted and get rid with a S21, sols aware of judge who is idiosyncratic with his rulings.

Losing £120 a month top up at moment but given she had legal aid who intends to get his fees plus and will get no back rent its lesser of 2 evils.

Prev agents have really screwed me on this.
