Default HMO/ Multi Lets communal areas
Just wondering how anyone doing hmos/ multi lets on single room asts are going about if anything gets broken/ damaged in communal areas when deposits need returning?

I don' t do deposits although in Doncaster I have LHA and workers no students so a different market . I charge £50 plus 2 weeks top up for LHA and £100 plus 2 weeks rent for workers .
