Another Excellent Manchester Tycoon Meeting!

Well done to Charlotte and her team for organising yet another excellent property meeting in Manchester.
Well attended and of course cracking speaker, Jim Halliburton as entertaining and informative as ever.
Was great to meet some new interesting property bods, well worth the twelve squid!
Looking forward to the next one. I always get home fired up with ideas and fresh inspiration.

Hi Paul, great to meet with you - and second that - excellent presentation by the guest speaker - well organised too and great crowd - I feel like I cheated a bit because I didnt need to pay for this event thanks to my loyalty card!
Speaking of furniture, I need a couple of desks and chairs in reasonable condition in the north west area preferable for new sales and letting office opening soon. Anyone disposing or selling please pm mois.

I also attended the Manchester property meet (my first one) and loved it.Jim was great and the meet in general had a good feel about it.Will certainly hope to attend next months meet.

I was the guy in the brown jumper,black glasses sat at the back (just thought I should point that out )

Furniture warehouse company is BCL, have offices in various locations.
Easy to find if you google them.
Well cheap and plenty of choice of stock in good condition too.

I was given one at my first pm meet in london, i get it stamped and then i think its every 5th of 6th pm is free - just trying to find it to make sure but I cant right now...
hope i dont into trouble for saying i've got one!

Hi Mike -
setting up in Blackburn - secured a property but its in a bit of state because it was unoccupied it will be sales lettings and I have partnered with a building form to provide extensions conversions kitchens bathroom refurbs new builds etc - just as an additional revenue stream more than anything else also to be a little different from other agents -

first of thanks a million for the contacts I really appreciate that - [sorry for the delayed response I dont have full internet access as the office isnt open] I havent contact them yet [for the same reason] and by all means I will let them you know I you passed their details onto me -

I will contact them when I have business to give to them - there may or may not be a delay with the opening and I dont to mess them about -
also who do you use for rent guarantee and how should I package this? I notice you provide rent guarantee for you tenants you find -
