For each room I pay £100 per month so a house bought providing 4 rooms for let I am willing to pay a guaranteed rent for a minimum of 5 years of £400 per month or 6 rooms at a rate of £600 per month . Please excuse my ignorance but are you saying that you can manage a HMO resulting in a complete hands off investment for a potential interested investor like my self?

I am looking at possible ways of owning my first HMO and a management service outside of my purchase area of Lancashire would be appealing.

Will send you my e-mail Gerry..Shaunfm yes I figured that I am taking more fvia agents who then take a % it seems logical to me that I can find the houses I want in the areas I want and it is an appealing deal to investors . I am trustworthy and do what I say .
