I have a lead for a 5 bed house in Surrey (KT17), 800k on the market, have an agreed offer from the vendor of £650k. The conditions (which are still negotiable) are for a 10% deposit that is non refundable and an exchange in 30 days with 2 weeks for due dilligence (much of which I have already done).

I am looking for a JV partner for this deal, it has been posted on the leads system, but is not up there yet, will be soon. But if anyone knows the area or is interested in the investment (will need some cash or open bridging) I would be interested in chatting.

There is a possibility of this land being worthwhile for the development of flats but I would need someone who knows what they are doing to advise on this.

The market rents for the area are in the region of £3600-£4000 a month.
