Generally speaking, depending on the wording of your leaflet and if it states the right message, you should get about one
BMV deal per 10-15k leaflets distributed. Competition is rife, persistance is key so you may find you have to distributed more. A typical response rate is 1%.
10k leaflets printed are approx £100 and these delivered at £25 per 1000 equates to £350 printed and distrubuted.

Only visit properties where you think a deal is feasible. Ask about o/s mortgage, secured loans, reason of sale and any arrears. You could visit all your prospects if you wanted to but pre-qualification is key.
