Default Need your help please.

Hi everyone, Morrice here.

New to this whole property game, but very interested in being able to purchase leads from other members.

Is there anyone out there prepared to guide me through the whole lead purchase, contact with seller, follow up to successful outcome?

Of course I would expect to pay for this help, a percentage of the profit perhaps?

If this works, I will then be able offer a similar service to other newcomers.

Please let me know if you are interested in offering your expertise.

Many thanks,

Morrice

Morrice read every thread on this forum and www.singingpig.co.uk BMV section going back to the very beginning.

You need 2-3 hours a day for 2 or 3 months.

Then study and analyse all leads offered to get a feel for areas/ figures.

Get ready with a £1000-£2000 leads or marketing budget and an additional £1000-£2000 short term expenses funding.

When you have done this and you feel ready, call me for any advice.

Phil

Well Iain, I am sure that you are right, but come on guys, Morrice's post had been unreplied to for 5 days.

Let's all get more involved here....

A rising tide raises all ships.

Let's rise the tides of activity, integration and contribution on this forum so everyone, especially new people feel the power of a Sucess Tsunami.

Morrice,

Of course there are also instructional videos in the Free Downloads section at the bottom of the forum homepage.

Also, many people on this forum have bought Deep's courses, such as the one available at http://www.property-course.com/success.htm which you should go to if, as you say, you are happy to pay for training.

This gives a good grounding in the business.

Cheers,
Stephen

Hi Morrice

Purchasing the leads is the easy bit, there's lots of companies out there selling them but you need experience negotiating with motivated sellers and the whole sales process before you purchase leads - unless you're going to pay someone to do this for you, but that will be very costly!

As it's been said, the best way to do this is by asking questions on the forum, there are lots of experienced investors on here who will be happy to help you....I myself have learnt loads by asking questions on here. Don't be afraid to ask what you think might be a 'silly' question, there's no such thing as silly questions, remember if you don't ask then you won't learn....simple! Read the blogs on here and listen to Deep's Podcasts, they're a mine of information.

Youtube is great for learning anything....listen to investor interviews, there are hundreds of them! You'll pick up no end of information by just listening and reading. I have a couple of property investment strategy books you can have, PM me your address and I'll post them to you.

I did the Tycoons Mastermind Investment course (TMA) 2 years ago as a newbie and it helped me no end with strategies, negotiation skills, financing, marketing and lots more besides, I recommend this if you want to invest in your property education skills.

I'm no expert but am happy to help with any questions you have if I can...as will plenty of other members on here.

Wishing you all the best Morrice

Suzie

Morrice,

I would suggest you run a Google search on Phil Martin and Rapid Property Buyers, before giving this guy a call.

Phil,

If I am not mistaken your previous clients "Success Tsunami" cost them very dearly. In some cases tens of thousands of pounds. I would say that they, and me included, have had quite enough of your activity, integration and contribution.

I think you have some front publically posting on this forum.

Personally I think it's disgraceful that you even have an account considering the amount of distress that you have caused.

If our ships are to be raised then we can do it without the assistance of someone who has a track record of sinking them.
