I completed on my first bmv this week and I just wanted to say a big thank you to all those forum members who responded with patience and knowledge to the many questions I posted.
Couldn't have done it without you guys!
This bmv came from a small ad I placed in the local paper, so pure luck.
I'm now looking at leads, including ready made deals, but keep missing the good ones. Who is it who is snatching all the Exeter/Exmouth deals! I want one!
