As you can see from the title I am desperate for help and I apologise if anyone thinks I'm being a little cheeky here.

I have an apartment that I rent out located in Swansea Point SA1. However the tenant, I kindly mature man, when I at least thought he was kindly, has of today defaulted on a second consecutive month's rent. He doesn't answer his mobile nor email. Additionally I have sent him two recorded delivery letters of which one has been returned to me as, 'not called for'. The property is NOT managed by an agent.

I am more than prepared to come down to Swansea, though it is a three and a half hour drive. However as I am about to serve a Section 8 eviction notice it would save me a lot of hassel if I knew wether he was still there or better still if he has done a 'runner'!

Is there anyone in the area who could take a look for me? As the apartment is on the second floor a simple ring on the ground floor intercom at an appropriate time of day would suffice.
