| | HI Tony
I do not know about a site, however I was told that construction price for new builds is anywhere between £800-£1000/m2 depending on location and compexity of the structure. I hope it helps | |

| | Valentin is about right - m2 to ft2 brings you to about £90/ft2 as a benchmark price for residential. It can be done cheaper by good project management and getting competitive quotes for all of the respective trades.
By budgeting £90/ft2 you will be at a good starting point.
