It has been an interesting few weeks on this Forum.
Many critical comments about the way the website is functioning,there are a few of us not happy with certain aspects.
I should imagine the more experienced an investor you are the more exclusive this Forum should be.

However,for me personally i agree with a lot of the postings on the different issues going on and can see everyone`s side to the RMD and problems with the site being opened up to anybody,but i feel this flexibility is the ground for broadening your contacts,and improving the amount of deals your doing.

I have met some clever,hardworking investors to which we are now helping each other to complete deals through this website,so whatever the issues are good or bad,the positives i have gained from the Forum outweighs the negative.
We all have had to start somewhere so if i can help anyone progress or to work with on deals i would be more than happy to help,i wish i came on to this Forum when i started as the level of help is invaluable.

You can learn something off everyone,we have our strengths and weaknesses and by teaming up with people who are doing a certain area of property better than you do and vice versa you can make a good team and learn from each other.
