Would like to thank each and every one of you for helping move my property business forward in 2007. As my knowledge and experience grows in 2008 will be putting back into the pot. Thanks again, Stewart

I agree with you Stewart, I too have learnt a tremendous amount from this forum.

Thank you everyone for giving so much.

You probably don't realise, sometimes, how one post can make a massive difference to someones knowledge and outlook.

Please keep posting everyone.

On a different note, I think that "General Property Related Chat" should now be subdivided.
It gets so many posts now, that 5 or 6 new headers would help read and contribute to posts easier. Perhaps admin could consider this.

Have a wonderful break everyone,

Phil

Having only being on the forum for 8 months but considering myself to be fairly well self educated in property and the finances involved and also having a reasonable portfolio i am amazed at the knowledge and frindship this forum provides. It has enabled me to look at more options as well as keep me informed
I wish everyone, those that are starting out as well as those who have done well but mainly the people who take time to educate us all with there wonderfull knowledge
Have a wonderfull christmas and hopefully a very happy new year

I would also like to thank everyone in their own way for making such a conscious effort to post on the forum no matter how big or small.

It just shows if people give unconditionally we all benefit, which is great to witness. It's also wonderful to hear the success stories of people that have gone out there and achieved what they set out to do.

It takes all sorts of people/characters to make this forum, which is why it's special.

There's been ups and downs but overall the people on this forum are pretty unique and very giving.

I would finally like to personally thank the people who have sponsored me in the Marathon which I am running in 2008. THANKS!!! x

THANKS EVERYONE AND HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS AND AN EVEN BETTER 2008.

H x

I, too, would like to thank all on this forum who offer their knowledge free of charge. Even those who pose questions solicit responses from multiple respondees which shows that there is often more than one way to skin a cat.

I have just had a review of a folder in which I save prolific posts, and there are 32 documents in there that I find myself referring to time and again. No doubt, there is no way to learn faster on any topic than to commit time to a forum such as this.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
