Superb article. Just shows what you can do if you have got the guts to do it.
However, are they both single as most men with a wife and children to think of would not dare to take such a step.
Look how they initially kept the costs down by living in the flat as they did it up. That alone would give a head start. | |

Thanks for sharing that article with us Stuart. A very interesting early morning read. 
My cousin actually worked for these guys back in 2004 - on one occasion she was responsible for hiring a crane to lift a stone bath through a window into one of their flats...a £20K stone bath. 
She always piped up about how they were becoming two of the biggest players in the business etc...clearly she was right! | |

I actually had a dream earlier this week that it was possible to do anything in property like the Candy brothers if you wanted to.
It is amazing how much money there is being spent at the top end of the market whilst everyone is chasing the bottom to middle!
Did I decide to follow in their steps? I did whilst I was asleep, though on waking, not just yet...
