Default Would You Have The Courage?

I forgot I had saved this image from surfing the net one time, a local Liverpool letting agent did it and it made a feature in the Echo and BBC news...

Would You Have The Courage to do the same? lol

That is sooo tempting!

I fear some liberal lefty with a beard full of bits of last weeks lunch will claim "Tenant harrassment"

However, I've left Eviction Notices stuck on windows before. That gets a response.

Good idea but doubt if the sign would stay up for long!!

It could go a couple of way's, tenant could be suitably embarrassed and move out or they could see it as out and out war!!

I remember seeing this when the signs first went up. If I remember correctly, the company using them were forced to remove them after being threatened with legal action against them. That's the law getting it completely the wrong way round, as usual.

In the US (Florida), I used to live in a rental complex. Five star luxury living standards were the norm. However, the rental managing company would pin up late payment letters and so forth on the tenant's front doors, so everyone in the community knew if there was a letter pinned on someone's door that there was every chance it was because a tenant had not paid their rent on time or at all. It was also written into your rental contract that this would happen if paying late or not at all. Everybody just accepted that the landlord had the right to do this if he/she wasn't getting their rent.
