Default A deal a week?

Hi Deep... you had a chap called Lee on one of your emails (after the crash) the other day who did a deal a week and he's still busy. Can you get him on this forum to tell us how he's doing this in his area? What sort of advertising is he doing?.. sort of properties he's after?... prices he's paying (or what ever)?... kind of deals being don?.. so any chance Deep (your wonderfulness)... of getting him on here?

Trying to remember who that was now... Are you talking about the last teleconference we did for Welcome to the £1m Lease Option Challenge! We had a chap on there who came to our last workshops and he's now doing 1 deal a week.

Ah I think this is what you are talking about:

"Hi Deep,

Just thought I'd update you on the progress of our £1m Lease Options Challenge which we launched in January 2010. As you will know, we launched this challenge to celebrate the success of our last lease options workshop and to prove that anybody can make a lot of money with lease options with a little coaching and guidance...

Well, I've just counted up the figures and our students have done nearly £2m of deals - IN SIX WEEKS - that's double our initial target! Our top performer is Ryan Otto who has done 18 (EIGHTEEN) deals since October 2009 when he came to our first workshop. He had ZERO lease options before he came to the workshop which makes his achievements all the more amazing - now he's doing one deal a WEEK!

He will be at our workshop this Saturday and Sunday to learn the latest strategies as will all the other people who have contributed to the £2m of lease options.

Aren't lease options great?! Look forward to catching up with you on Friday!"


Is it Ryan you're after? If so sure I can ask him if he'd be kind enough to answer any questions you have. Could you make a list here please and I'll see if I can get hold of him on the phone for you? I'll record the discussion with his permission and post it up on the podcast.

Definitely wasn't Lee - as far as I know he made £9k on one deal as mentioned on the video. Ryan's done 18 so far and is doing one a week. Let me know which you would like me to speak to and I'll get it sorted

Internet

Cost of advertising broken down to:
average cost of each lead?
average cost of each deal?

Does he target one area or nationwide?

Which advertising route is more beneficial against
Buy as least option

Buy BMV to flip

I must be blind mate, when I click on your link it only gives me 2 links to click on, 1 entitled " Mortgage broker spills the beans on how to raise 100% finance - watch the video here
