Default iphone apps for investors?

Just wondering which iphone apps other investors are using? Upgraded to a 3GS yesterday and wondering which apps I can download to help with property investing

P.S. I got the phone on an upgrade for £75, free internet, 1,250 mins, 1,100 texts for £29 ex VAT - some good deals out there at the moment on these.

Here here!!

I love it as well. The only gripe I have is that when you send a message, if it doesn't go for whatever reason, it wont automatically try again. You have to remember to look and sent it again.

Apart from that its the best tool I've ever had and with 80,0000 apps available you'll never get bored. Just heard you can now get a 5megapixel camera app.

You can even get romantic when lying on your sunbed on holiday at night looking at the stars. You can (I know its sad!!) get your iPhone out and an app will tell you which stars you're looking at!

I sometimes feel I've been left behind in the 20th century.

we have two iPhones in the house, shortly to be raised to three. I will be the last to leverage new technology, but who am I to comment. I'm only the poor IT consultant that tries to pay the bills

I've just added the tapatalk ap which is great for accessing this forum so thanks for that tip.

Depending on what crm/web apps you use you may find iPhone version - we use wordpress for our everycloud web site, getresponse for autoresponders and these are both available. Also Facebook, linkedin and Twitter for the social networking side. Plus built in YouTube for those educational property videos!! All in all, an amazingly powerful device.

Thanks Katie

Hi Deep

The best i have on my iphone is Rightmove & Property evaluator.

I love to watch the youtube lease options i showed you at the TMA final better your best comp.

Also the notes app is perfect for all the key codes to the rental properties we manage. there is nothing worse than having to write down all the codes to get access to the properties.

Be well

Les

Any one know where to look for the best deals on these at the moment? I've been with orange for years and they promise, or did, to match the best deals out there. Deep where did you get yours if you dont mind me asking?

Hi Bevan,

I'm with 3 business. I called and said I wanted the PAC code to leave them and they put me through to a special person who will try to convince you to stay. No matter what they throw at you keep saying you've had a better offer from vodafone and it's cheaper for you to switch (put together your ideal offer yourself and tell them that's what they're giving you). When they get to the point of actually igving you the PAC code that's when you've probably got their best deal. My deal should actually cost (if I remember correctly) £34/month for 1,250 mins and 150 texts but they threw in extra texts and Internet and reduced the cost of the package. If you sign up for a 24 month contract they will do you an even better deal.

Hi Adam,

Check out the Taptalk Forum update: http://www.tapatalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1707

It seems they have included Blackberry too, as they are no longer mentioning it as under developement.

Good luck.
