Yeah, and if anyone who can do that in 8 months can offer the solution, can you also tell me how to make £6000 p/m by July 2011? I'll retire then.

LOL

My advice: Buy Assets, get rid of liabilities, be financially aware and make goals constantly which you keep to. If you do nothing, you'll get nothing (I'm trying to practice what I preach lol)

Hi Sheeda, how are you doing in Peterborough seeing as you have Rob & Mark from 'Progressive Property' to contend with?

I may be going to the Berkshire meet next week, see you there!

Hi

I recommended the following book to a person who was fed up and wanted more out of life. Having read the book he left his job and rented out his house.

He now has another job, rents out another property, receives a passive income from his property and follows the 10% rule

I would highly reccomended 'Richest man in Babylon' its a fantastic book. Some of the principal mentioned in the book are also mentioned in 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' book.

Fiyaz,
Regarding your question. I think you need to be either more realistic or furnish us with more information. As you earning £3k passive income per month by 11/2010 is not impossible but a it ALL depends on you.
Without knowing more about you, your skills, your passion, your goals and your current financial situation, your risk adversity , none of us can help you.
For example if you had a £100k spare cash, your goal would be alot easier to acheive than if you had no cash or were in debt.

Sorry we cant give you anything more positive to work with, but please feel free to come back with more information as I am sure someone can help you acheive your goal of £3k passive income.

Thanks
Nadeem

I don't know why some of you are buying the book 'Richest Man in Babylon' when you can save your money and get it for free on the internet.

Thanks for the link Caroline

I think that's the condensed version? The one I have is about 120 pages in length. I get all my books from Alibris UK: Second-hand books, Rare & Out-of-Print Books, Textbooks
