Hi how are you all i have been on the forum for a while now done fair bit of reading and decided that i am ready to go and start buying properties,got 10000 leaflets printed i managed to get about 4000 delivered in my local area and have had few enquiries and i have enquired about a btl mortgage but have been declined because of the credit score which is 900 and i am in the good category.I have been really looking forward to start building my portfolio but i am feeling a bit down now i might not be able to get finance.Help needed.I do apologise if i have made mistakes in my post as it is my first. | | Connect With Facebook to
