Hello one and all!!

Obviously I'm new here, so thought it'd be best to follow the guidelines and introduce myself! ;o)

My names Mike and I'm in Somerset at the moment working on a 45 acre Apple orchard - I don't own it, I'm just a bog standard worker, which unfortunately means I am cashflow poor but time rich as I don't do much in the evenings or weekends except try and recover from the knackering work!

I was given a Robert Kiyosaki book at the end of last year and since then I have invested as much spare cash that I have had on more books and access to a few online websites to improve my financial education.

I am now in a position where I know that I want to invest in property but with no money available I am finding it hard to know where to start -- I know it will be difficult but it can't be as difficult as picking veg's in the pouring rain or pruning Apple tree's in -5 snowy winters days!

I don't own any property obviously but I have plenty of enthusiasm and a massive willingness to learn so If anyone has any tips for someone in my position who wants to get into property investment then feel free to let me know!

I'll finish by saying that I am hoping to find some valuable information on the forums and hopefully make some friends along the way.
