May everyone has a prosperous venture in every aspects of your life. I am a new TMA 2010/2011 member and have just started my first venture in property this year in March. Currently, I am investing in Hull and Sheffield and I have 1 HMO is Sheffield. I am interested building my portfolio in HMO, lease option and BTL. I have made a start in building my profile and made a few lease option proposals.Like many others, I want to get connected & learn from others to become successful in property, and also contribute to others in this community. My intention in joining TMA is to boost my knowledge, expertise and confidence and make a huge strides in property.

Current opportunity that I have is I've been commisioned to find accomodations for 30 new international students in Sheffield by their students leaders. Thus, I have new 30 students in my database and I'm planning to setup a letting agent. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me started with this.
