hi
my name is david ede aged 37, i currently own a garage and have run this for about 9years, i am now looking for property investments. this project is totally new to me, can't wait to get started.

Welcome to the forum Dave, have a nosey around and read read read.. use the "search" facility up at the top to search for specifi words or phrases that you may be thinking about, as often there are topics out there with lots of information in them.

But dont be shy, if you have a question get it posted in the general forum, this forum is packed with experts on property who can give you an answer quickly, dont sit in silence and think " how do I do this " or " how do i do that " or " what if i want to do such and such, how do i go about it "...

Ask, ask, ask and build up your knowledge and confidence.

Oh and how much for a service ;)
