New to the forum and TMA 10/11

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and due to start on the TMA this Saturday.

I'll predominantly be looking for investment opportunities in the North West and possibly in London, where I am based.

At the moment I'm making an attempt to digest the wealth of information that lies within this site, but would love to hear any recommendations on where good investments in the North West can be found. Currently I am researching Preston and surrounding areas, but I am open to suggestions!
