Hi Everyone,
My name is Nick I'm returning back to property investment after a year’s sabbatical. I have a small portfolio of 20 properties based in the North East, I've made the decision to make property investment my career and I’m looking to double the size of my portfolio within the next year. So in the immediate future I’ll be searching through hundreds of threads, resources and looking for sound advice from you all on this most valuable web site.

Welcome back and good luck!!
