Hello all,
I've recently joined the site, I'm hoping to use the wealth of knowledge & info on here to build up decent portfolio.I'll be looking for property in the North East in particular County Durham & Wearside.

I have personally been involved in property for a few years now and learnt
so much from sourcing deals, negotiating and seeing deals through to
