Hello everyone I'm John from Manchester .
I work as a data analyst / developer and my other half Carole is a district nurse. We're new to property investment, though we have thought about it a lot over the years and read lots of books along the way. Never did much more than that but now, with our 50's approaching and pensions looking like they'll be nothing more than pocket money we rather thought its time to take control of our futures and so we joined this amazing site .
We're drawing down some equity from our own home and then we're hoping to get going as soon as possible, get a few good investment deals done and learn along the way.
Great to meet you all and we hope to meet some of you in person at future network meetings.
