And no, newish is not a religion:-) met lots of you in Euston House couple months back, also put up a post looking for info on new developments in London couple weeks back from which i got some good help, thanks.

Presently looking for a copy of an assisted sale agreement, was looking through the website, any help appreciated,

Well done for joining the forum it’s a great resource you’ll definitely learn a lot. It took me a couple of years to build a multi million pound property portfolio so you’ll do it much faster I am sure.
