| |  seeking scottish investors
Hi
My name is Ian and I am a full time investor in the Eastern central belt of Scotland. At present I have more deals than I can handle from my contacts and leaflet drops.
Whilst I am not a large sourcer,my deals for sale are those of a calibre which would suit my buying criteria which means that they have to be discounted and have great cashflow also.
As I would like to develop local relationships ,I would like to hear from people who are familiar with buying in Scotland and are also able to act!
