Hi Everyone,

I've finally decided to pull a finger out and to join the forum. I've looked at many other property forums and the Tycoons forum seems most suitable as you guys seem to be walking the walk rather than squabbling amongst yourselves. Members of this forum also seem very helpful to fellow members which is a big plus point for the forum.

I'm hoping to get into property investment again after a long sabatical. Been a bit lazy for the last few years, concentrating more on building my family than the property empire. Now as I have a young child I feel the importance of providing for him and his future siblings and building a strong sustainable source of income for our future.

Hopefully I can contribute to a great forum. I'm a bit rusty on the property side knowing nothing about new creative techniques, but I'm a bit nifty with SEO and website stuff.
