Hi & Welcome to the forum guys (and gels), you're certainly in the right place if you want to succeed as a Property Investor.

I've only been a member since July last year but the constant advice and support I've received from all the other members on here has been truly amazing (thank you)

It's like having 24 hour support at your fingertips. Whenever I have a problem or don't understand anything I just post it on the forum and get lots of replies from people eager to help. There's no competition at all and everyone is very friendly.

I've also met some great people and made some lovely friends. One has become my JV partner and we're currently buying a property which we'll be renovating and selling on, then spliting the profit.

The TMA (Tycoons Mastermind Alliance) programme which I completed in August was invaluable to my learning curve. I didn't realise there was so many ways to make money through property!

Deep and Hanif are genuinely nice guys and really want us all to succeed, they will give you so much help so don't be afraid to ask loads of questions and join in on the forum to get maximum benefit from it.

I've learnt so much and feel I've come a long way in a year, and although I still have a long way to go, I now believe I will get there as a result of their help. (thanks guys if you read this x)
