New to the forum!

Hi everybody,
I have just decided to upgrade my membership and dive in 100%. I am a property investor/developer, living in London for the past 6 years but I have only been busy with investment property since February last year.
My challenges at the moment are getting mortgages (what's new?) and I am focusing on getting HMO's set up through lease options in London (and finding it almost impossible!).

I have a very good knowledge of auctions for over 90% of our properties have been bought through auctions. I enjoy the thrill of bidding and buying bargains!

I am also open to JV partnering in the London area. Anybody with a good deal or looking for a partner who has time to manage a deal or property can contact me.
