Property finder new to the forum

Hi Everyone! My name's Elma and I'm new to the forum.

I'm really looking forward to reading the posts and learning a great deal from being involved. I'm a Property Marketing Millionaire member so I've already increased my knowledge 100 times over from the books and DVDs I've read/watched so far.

I've started up as a property finder in London and the South East and my marketing campaign starts in early November (leaflets, postcards, repo court hearings, linking up with mortgage brokers...you name it..it's happening!). Therefore I'm on a mission to do my first deal inside 6 weeks.

If you have any advice for a fledgling investor, then please do get in touch! I'd love to hear some words of wisdom!!
